One of the first things that I noticed when I got here was that there were stray dogs everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE! All over the college campus that I work on, in and around restaurants, on sidewalks, steps, under cars.....you name it. Thais are kind hearted souls and usually feed them leftovers at the end of the day, so they don't become wild and out of control.
